Pros: We're regular visitors to BsAs and this neighbourhood is our favorite for being within easy striking distance of just about anyplace you wish to visit in the city as well as offering everything you need within just a few blocks. The apartment itself is spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. The keyless entry to the unit is very convenient. Being on a high floor and facing away from the streets means you avoid the inevitable city traffic noise. It was the first time we rented from the Host and I can say that Juan and his team always communicated promptly and clearly and responded quickly and positively to our requests. Cons: Like with many BsAs apartments, noise from the elevator machinery and neighbors could be irksome for some, but you get used to it and it was not an issue late at night. The kitchen could do with a toaster oven and a couple of minor utensils but, as I said, Juan is very responsive and so just ask him if you need anything! Enjoy your stay in BsAs!

The flat is bright and spacious, and super well located. Juan was accommodating with the check-in, very helpful, and always fast to reply my queries Would definitely book it again
