To All that read. If you want to relax and enjoy Madrid /Salamanca this is the place. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance with Gran Via and Downtown within your reach. Thank you Hector and company for the pleasant stay.

Our stay in Madrid had a couple of challenges, but there were also many enjoyable aspects: - we were charged an extra fee in cash for arriving a bit after 22:00. I wasn't aware of this. - the host asked to sign a paper contract in Spanish, which I couldn’t understand and thus declined. It would have been great to know about this in advance, as clear communication is always appreciated. - The apartment had a cozy atmosphere. It was snug for four adults and might be a tight fit for six, especially with the bunk beds located in a laundry closet and the second bathroom. While the closet AC was not functional, the overall space was comfortable for our stay. - I did leave an item behind in the apartment, and there was a difficulty in coordinating its return. - The recency of renovations seemed slightly amplified in the listing, the apartment still had a charming and updated feel. The prime location and the charm of the city made it a memorable trip.

Héctor was an amazing host and very responsive when needed. The apartment was clean and matched the description and was a lovely quiet get away. Would definitely recommend!!

Siamo stati in questo appartamento la settimana di Pasqua con i miei figli, il quartiere tranquillo e residenziale fornito di tutto a poca distanza, supermercati farmacie, ristoranti etc... La metro a pochissima distanza dove in pochi minuti eravamo al centro di Madrid, il tempo purtroppo non è stato dei migliori, freddo e pioggia ma è stato bello comunque. Hector per qualsiasi esigenza era sempre presente.

Stylish place in great location, easy walking distance to the metro, lots of shops and bars nearby. Very light with a beautiful terrace and cool modern interior. The bed was very comfortable and the towels super soft. Everything very clean and the kitchen had all the essentials that were needed as well as a great coffee machine. Easy and helpful communication with host. Thank you!
