It offers breathtaking views of Rosengarten and Latemar and is situated directly on the ski slope for the winter months, as well as near the Carezza/Karersee golf course for the summer months. The chalet is surrounded by a 4,000 m2 fenced garden. Furnished in a traditional and antique style, but equipped with all modern amenities. The wellness area with a heated indoor pool and Finnish sauna, along with an open wood fireplace in the living area, are popular highlights of the chalet. Facilities The luxury chalet is spread over three levels and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the four bedrooms each have a double bed, one has two single beds, and one has a bunk bed. The fully hand-carved wooden bed in the master bedroom is particularly elegant and used to be in a nearby castle. The stylish, antique details are also found in the traditional Stube, which, like the many beautiful chests and cabinets in the chalet, dates back to the 19th century. Here, there is a spacious dining area, and through a stepped staircase, there is a cozy living area where you can enjoy the fire in the open fireplace. Not only can you barbecue outdoors, but you can also use the large fireplace as an indoor grill. The wood-furnished kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and three different coffee machines (filter, Nespresso, Moka). On the upper floor of the chalet, there is a modern home cinema with a Bose sound system and a children's area. In the basement, the impressive 120 m2 spa area with underfloor heating, a 28-degree swimming pool, Finnish sauna, loungers, and a climbing wall. From here, there is direct garden access for refreshing dips or sunbathing. On the large garden area, there is an 80 m2 terrace equipped with stylish wooden furniture, two dining areas, an open stone grill, umbrella, deck chairs, and beds. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Latemar and Rosengarten groups. Location This unique chalet stands out not only for its immediate connection – depending on the season – to the Carezza-Dolomiti ski area or the golf course but also provides the ideal starting point to explore the entire Dolomiti Superski area or undertake unforgettable hikes, climbs, or bike tours in the Rosengarten-Latemar area. 100m from the chalet is the cross-country ski trail, while the nearest bus stop is only 800m from the house. Several recommended and some top-notch restaurants, shops, ski, and bike rentals are located in the vicinity of the chalet and are also easily accessible on foot. Furthermore, within about 8/9 km, there are two Michelin-starred restaurants, namely "Johannisstube" in Welschnofen and "L‘ Chimpl" in Tamion. Additionally, the excellent cuisine of the Tschein restaurant is highly recommended. The nearest airport is in Bolzano, approximately 30 minutes away by car.
