Outdoors, the property boasts a sprawling wooded park, complete with swings and sun loungers, a terrace furnished with outdoor garden furniture and a barbecue. The holiday home is in the estate of the owners comprising several buildings of character including a small manor of the 16th century and the ruins of an old fortification of the 13th century, a barn converted into a small theatre, a park, meadows and a small wood. The estate is situated in the municipality of Brech, between Vannes and Lorient, in the very touristy Pays d'Auray. Please note, the owners live on-site in an independent house, ensuring guest privacy. Additionally, there's a theatre installed in a nearby barn, approximately 50 metres from the houses, operating from September to May, offering concerts, workshops, and theatre events.
