This place was perfect for a family of 6-8 who can stay and watch all places surrounding. Very near to tirupati temple, kalahasti and kanchi. The manager Ravanth was friendly and supportive and reachable all the time. If you need any cab service you can contact Prashant, he is also a good guide and have lot of patience and nice guy. Overall had a good stay at very large home stay. Worth the price.

Our recent family stay at Sainivas Homestay in Tirupati was delightful, with accommodations that matched their description and ensured our comfort. However, we encountered a few minor issues that could be improved. One fan in the dining area malfunctioned, causing inconvenience. The manual lift operation was challenging, especially when guests didn't close the doors properly. Also, the WiFi signal was weak in the rooms, making it hard to stay connected. Despite these minor things, the staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, contributing to our overall enjoyment. With some adjustments, such as resolving the fan issue and improving the lift operation and WiFi coverage, Sainivas Homestay could offer an even more satisfying experience for guests. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place and extend my congratulations to Chandra for providing an excellent property for a delightful stay in Tirupati.

Stay in true life was amazing it was very well maintained and all the staff their were very polite and helpful they got us all the amenities for us we were assisted by revant he was with us all the times whenever we needed help with something . Looking forward to stay with true life homestay in the future too
