We know the area well as always stay in El Médano and have stayed in the next door apartment previously Love it and as we live overlooking the sea it is almost a home from home Sounds of the sea are with you all the time and the views are fab. Adult children enjoyed paddle boarding in front of the accommodation and everything within walking distance - we had a great holiday

Great location! Downstairs had been refurbished well. Place not really suitable for a toddler. Balcony not safe and dangerous stairs. There is a problem with the electrics which kept tripping out of you try to use the oven and the hob at the same time. Made cooking very difficult. There were also some electrical problems up stairs, all the electrics need updating.

Very helpful in getting us into the apartment which is situated in a very nice location on the water in El Medano with great views of the bay area. Also the owner/manager responded very quickly when we had a maintenance issue and was solved quickly. The apartment is very charming and the downstairs is particularly nice. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are in need of update and some exterior woodwork needs attention. Hopefully as has been done downstairs the owner will continue to reinvest the rents in the property to continue to make it a very nice place to stay in a very nice simple town of El Medano.

A part quelques désagréments électriques et sur un sanitaires nous avons malgré tout passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement et son emplacement sont super. La localité aussi. Nous reviendrons peut être au grés nos futur projets. Cordialement Gaël Pitrey
