Die Unterkunft liegt nicht, wie bei Airbnb angegeben in der Nähe des Parrot Rocks, sonder deutlich weiter westlich die Hauptstraße hoch… Das sollte man wissen. Das Zimmer war ok und Ushari freundlich, aber das Bad war eher fies mit fleckiger Klobrille und alles ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen…

Had a lovely stay at Ushari‘s little Hostel :) had my own private room with bathroom and working AC. Bed was a Queen or King size and had the most comfortable mattress I‘ve had in Sri Lanka. Everything was how it was explained in the description. Ushari was always super super helpful and responded right away - I spent 5 days there at the end and the communication with him to extend was super easy. I highly recommend this place if you look for something simple, but clean and working. One small thing which can be bothering for some people: the bathroom was a bit smelly (it did not bother me).

Excellent stay! The location is on the main road and very easy to find, not a far walk to the beach, restaurants, or food city. The host was not only super friendly and helpful, but allowed us to check in early and schedule an affordable taxi ride to our next location. He had many amenities and allowed for use of the kitchen/fridge/provided beverages at cost. The WiFi was only so so but that has been our experience everywhere we have stayed in Sri Lanka. Overall well worth the price and was a comfortable stay.

One of the best places to be in Mirissa! Central location, short walk to the beach, everything you could need is close. The room is very comfortable, clean. Having the kitchen is great also! I was only suppose to stay five days but extended for the rest of my stay in Mirissa.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und alles wie beschrieben. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :)
