The check in process was so convenient, host is very responsible, I’ve requested an extra mattress and pillow , Dani delivered it really faster than we expected , as we were in the middle of the night!! We really appreciated! you will get a fully furnished entire condo with a well working fridge LG , smart TV, AC, very fast WIFi , all necessary kitchen items, and really very clean ! everything works properly! Especially the washing machine ! Thank you for adding free drinking water it’s amazing ! I highly recommend this place for those especially long term stay ! The balcony was stunning! Thank you for hosting us

It’s a same day booking. I booked it after midnight so they’d still have time to prepare when we arrive. but when my group arrived, the guard wasn’t aware of the booking. and the check in was moved from 1pm to 2pm since they’re still cleaning. Anyway when my group entered the room, first thing we noticed is the washer barricading the bathroom door so we couldnt close it. then AC wasnt cooling and some parts of the room are still dusty including the extra mattress. and btw it’s quite far from the main road. But heyy.. they offer low rates so I think we kinda get what we paid for so we still appreciated it, lol Just dont expect too much.

They offer budget-friendly accommodation with you will get the same treatment or even less. The owner, Dani, displayed rude behavior towards me. Despite booking for two nights, I chose to leave without expecting a refund due to his attitude. The check-in day was already stressful for me. Dani’s poor communication made it feel like I was walking on eggshells when asking questions about the unit. Ive been using airbnb for quite sometime now but this is the first time I experienced being treated poorly by a host. Ultimately, Dani’s lack of clear instructions, dismissive attitude, and failure to provide basic hospitality made my stay unbearable. It’s clear he lacks the demeanor necessary to be a gracious host.

Our stay was nice as the surrounding is peaceful and we can walk to bonjour a gasoline station, near SM and safe area. We just had a few changes in the last minute, I know it was our fault to inform last minute but it was not intentional and he got mad at us, which is reasonable. We still recommend the place.
