Great location, close to bars and restaurants. The building is secure and has a parking space. The apartment was clean and well equipped, but it did not have a trash can in the bathroom nor a remote control for the TV, so we couldn’t use it (yes, we do watch TV while on vacation). We reported the issue, but communication with the hosts was not the best. There were 2 hosts, Maria and Leomar. Maria never replied to our messages, pretty unresponsive, she just gave us instructions about the check-in and at the end of our stay send us instructions about the checkout. Leomar responded to our initial request saying he was gonna ask about it but that was all, we never heard back from him. Well, we never heard back until 1 day after checking out when they attempted to charge us for the remote. We shared the screenshots in which we let them know about it and only after that they removed the request, but that shows the lack of communication the hosts have between them.
Amazing studio apartment and highly recommend. Host and Co-Host were very responsive and clear with instructions and expectations. Although there was no AC or Fan available it was cool enough to let the windows open. Would definitely book again! Thank you for your hospitality!
