It's a new residential area, so there was no need tk worry about neighbour. Home is quite sound proof. There is portable stove for light cooking (need to bring own condiments). Home is clean and has spacious living room and dining area. Very friendly host with fast response too.

Location is located behind an industrial park which makes the surrounding area bit messy and amenities are not within walking distance. The roads outside are not very well lit making it difficult and not safe to venture out on foot at night
