Bedroom 1: The masters bedroom is good for 4 pax. - is beautiful and spacious. It has a queen size bed for 2 guests The attic of the masters bedroom is where the additional 2 guests will be sleeping. A queen size floor mattress is provided. The masters bedroom has its own bathroom and a view of one of BGC’s countless pocket gardens. Bedroom 2: The bedroom on the ground floor - is a cozy room with its own bathroom but is also the communal bathroom on the ground floor because it has a door connected to the kitchen. It has a queen size bed that is for 2 guests only. It has the view of the loft’s private garden. Bedroom 3: Bedrooms on the second floor is bunk bed style. This is good for 4 pax. It has a queen size bed and another queen size mattress above it. Divert to photos for your reference. *Take note that not all rooms will be open, this will depend on the number of guests booked in Contempo. Also know that the masters bedroom’s attic will only have a floor mattress is booking is more than 8pax.” The living room, dining area, and sizable kitchen share the same space on the ground floor of the unit. The living area - has a comfortable sofa to melt on and a 58inch smart 4k tv. *Take note: I only allow maximum 10 guests in this loft as stated. The kitchen and dining space have touches of modernism and simplicity. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, and 2 door fridge.
