We are easy-going people, but we were disappointed with our stay. There was no propane for the BBQ, no BBQ utensils, baking pans, or cleaning supplies. The pool was covered with wasps, and the beds were hard as rocks (our backs still hurt). The mosquitoes were horrible, and the lowest the temperature would go in both homes during the heat of the day was 78°F - it was hot! Additionally, we all got rashes after sitting on the couches. Despite these issues, we tried to make the best of it. When we checked out, we notified the host that we cleaned all the towels, and he instructed us not to clean the sheets. We swept and cleaned the entire house. We told the host we would give him five stars but mentioned several areas needing improvement. A few hours later, he falsely accused us of leaving the home in horrendous condition and stealing sheets.We’ve always received 5-star reviews from our Airbnb stays and comments on how clean we leave a place - this host is a scandal. Please be cautious!

You will be in a lovely and lively neighborhood within driving distance to parks, shopping, restaurants and bars. We are only 3 miles to April Plaza Marina & Boat Rentals, which is an easy drive, or Uber/Lyft.
A vehicle is best as there is no public transportation. Local Taxi and livery services (Uber/Lyft) are available.

I am very outgoing & adventurous, love to travel, thus why I am here on AirBNB. So in 2011 & again I 2014 I gave hosting a shot so I can meet more people traveling like myself & instantly was hooked! Over 2 years of amazing memories of sharing time with guests from around the world and now 5 years of managing other properties.
