Enjoy this stylishly furnished maissonette/duplex apartment (45 m2) for two. On the second floor you have an open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with wooden table and a modern bathroom, on the second floor under the roof you will find a 180x200 meter double bed with a cozy TV sitting area and 50 inch Smart TV. A free garage parking space, as well as high-speed internet (100 Mbit), smart speaker, Netflix, free Nespresso capsule coffee and shower gel are included. The apartment was freshly renovated and refurnished in December 2023. You will feel completely at home on the first floor (maisonette). Cook your own food in the fully equipped kitchenette. Enjoy the view of Pontresina's local mountain "Schafsberg" from the dining room. In the sleeping area on the 2nd floor you have spacious wardrobes, a large double bed and two comfortable armchairs to enjoy the Smart TV with Netflix. Free coffee, high-speed internet, smart speaker to listen to Spotify/YouTube, soft hand and shower towels and free shower gel are of course available in the apartment.

Der Kontakt mit Alexander war äusserts freundlich. Er hat immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet, wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und wohl. Er hat gute Restaurants und Freizeitangebote empfohlen. Auch der Wegbeschrieb und das check-in waren top. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr sauber und alles Nötige und noch vieles mehr war vorhanden. Sie ist neu, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht alles bequem zu Fuss. Auch die Tiefgarage haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir können die Wohnung unbdingt weiterempfehlen und wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort. War ein toller Aufenthalt bei einem super Gastgeber.
Siamo stati una settimana in questo grazioso appartamento. Pulito, caldo, confortevole e ben arredato. Alexander ha dotato l'appartamento di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Alexander è sempre disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta.
Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag bei Alexander zu Gast. Das Apartment war sehr schön und hatte alles was man brauchte. Alexander war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Informationen im Voraus zugestellt. Er reagierte schnell auf Anfragen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen Alexander und das Apartment gerne weiter! LG Armend

Right in front of the apartment you will find the sports pavilion with sports field, ice rink, children's playground and a restaurant with terrace. The center of Pontresina can be reached on foot in 9 minutes, where you will find various restaurants and shopping facilities for small and large budgets.
The local Coop supermarket can be reached in four minutes by car.
It is very easy to get to the apartment by car. The entrance to the parking garage is in front of the house on "Via Maistra" opposite the "Roseg Garage" petrol station.
From Pontresina train station you can reach the apartment on foot in 20 minutes.
From Pontresina train station you can also take the public bus, line 1 or line 2 (winter only) to the stop "Sportpavillon" (approx. 10 minutes). From there it is a 1 minute walk to the apartment.
There is a public bus stop "Sportpavillon" directly in front of the house. From there you can easily reach all destinations in the Upper Engadine by bus.
