During your stay you will experience a taste of “la vrai France” and, for those looking to explore the region, can take advantage of the wealth of Roman, Renaissance and Medieval sites of interest.
We are a short drive from Futuroscope, the UNESCO site at Saint Savin, the historic town of Chauvigny, the beautiful village of Angles sur L'Anglin, the spa and golf of la Roche Posay and the magnificent Abbey of Fontgombault.
If you are staying for more than a couple of days, more adventurous guests are able to easily plan a visit to the Brenne National Park, Poitiers, Tours and Limoges or the chateaux and vineyards of the Loire Valley.
Surrounded by rolling countryside, Saint Pierre is well served by several walking and cycling routes to suit all abilities.
Relaxation
At the heart of the village, guests can stroll to the local restaurant, enjoy a coffee at the bar Cheval Blanc and choose from a selection of bread and patisserie available at our award-winning boulangerie.
Whilst the region is known for its food and wine traditions, our village now boasts its very own brasserie for those interested in sampling seasonal French beers.

Facilities
Mindful of the importance of accessibility for guests, the rooms are spread across the ground floor and comprises two spacious bedrooms, a cozy sitting room, a kitchen with a log burning stove and a shower room.
The gite is served by a private parking area and, during the summer months, guests have use of the gardens as well as a private barbecue/dining area.
