Luisa has an adorable place! It was very clean and welcoming. There are a few details that may be important, depending on what you’re looking for. The apartment is in a basement, so if outside ventilation is important to you, know that there are no windows. There is a screen on the sliding door into the basement, so it’s possible to get air that way. There is no separate AC/heating element for the basement, so whatever temp is set upstairs is what will be set for you. There is no sidewalk leading down to the basement. It’s all grass and some mud (it rained while I was there). This was a little hazardous. I always come prepared, but if you need washcloths, be sure to bring some with you. Two towels and a hand towel were provided, but no washcloths. Kleenex also was not available. There is a dog in their house that likes to make his voice heard! :) There are also some young children who you will hear as well. Overall, I would definitely stay at Luisa’s place again! Very nice!
