This cozy and spacious condominium offers pristine views and access to the beautiful Payette River.  Nestle in a cozy nook with a book, and enjoy the crackle of the wood burning fireplace.  This layout offers adequate room for all guests to have personal space yet enjoy the comfort of sharing time together boasting over 1200 sqft of living space.  The oversized windows offer incredible views of the river, so peaceful.  The kitchen offers endless ammenities, a nice counter/bar top area for guests to enjoy while food making memories are being created.  A wonderful deck offers prime seating to catch glimpses of the wildlife perusing the river in natures backyard.  The dining room has ample seating to accomodate guests comfortably while the living area, with its furnishings that inspire the desire to relax.   There are two bedrooms, each with Queen beds, all fresh new linens, lots of cozy blankets and 2 full bathrooms.  There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for use during your stay and an efficient, inviting wood burning fireplace, (wood is provided for guests).  There is plenty of parking around the tennis court area and a one car garage for use during your stay.   We at McCall Idaho Vacation Rentals take pride in our homes and this ones tips the notch!  We cannot wait to host your vacation.  We provide concierge services prior to your arrival and assist with party platters, celebration cakes and decorations, chilled wines and will assist with any reservations dinner or play!  We look forward to hosting your most memorable vacation at River View Retreat ~on Payette This property will host up to 4 guests This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.  Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM and are strictly enforced. Each rental property includes a guest book with information and recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us directly. Guest access codes and arrival information will be sent to guests one week prior.  *No outdoor fires allowed on the property *No fireworks allowed on the property *This is a non-smoking cabin *We do not accept pets *Must be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent the Condo. Pets: Undeclared pets are subject to possible eviction from the rental without a refund.  Air Conditioning: Most vacation rentals in the McCall area Do not have air conditiong.  When we have the warmest days in McCall, nights typically cool down enough to not need air conditioning.  If air conditioning is not listed on the amenities, the unit does not have air conditioning.  Most units will have fans in them.  Generally the best way to deal with the warm temps is to close all windows and shades in the day time, and then open the windows in the evening when it cools off.
