My rentals are very affordable vs. local rental companies. ☆☆ OTHER INFO AND RULES ☆☆ ✹ 2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY – 3 CARS DURING REST OF YEAR ✹ NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS ✹ NO SMOKING – Hidden Dunes is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies. ✹ NO PARTIES ✹ NO LOUD MUSIC ✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. PLEASE NOTE: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
