The room is truly a studio, without a separate/closed off bathroom. I think it would be good to detail that there is an expectation that you will be in personal contact throughout the visit, the host will enter the space to clean while you are away (not my preference) and that there is a binder of rules (I e. unplug things when not in use, recommended to bathe after 10 p.m.) that you are expected to read through. Also, the office/workout area is upstairs in the shared communal space (not listed in listing this way) which is not ideal if you plan to work from this space (thankfully I did not, but that would've been an issue as I have to work in a private space due to confidentiality). The host can hear you/them, as well, so definitely something to be aware of. The host is very friendly, so if you are looking for more of a personalized visit and not just a non-hotel to stay in, this is a good choice.

Very relaxing, pleasant stay. Hostess very warm, friendly and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable. TV with every possible channel. Deep, relaxing, soaking tub. No lack of anything you’d need, and if there is all you need to do is ask. Interesting, unique environment in entire space. I had no safety concerns as there is a digital lock on the door. Paved walking trail close by. Convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, highways and Kansas City metro area. I would stay again.

The AirBNB was very well maintained and a great value for the great stay! The host was very friendly and responsive as well, and no issues occurred. My wife and I would definitely stay here again in the future!
