Watching the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee in the morning with a mountain view are inspiring, the orange & cotton candy-colored skies behind the cabin as the night sky comes alive with millions of twinkling stars on display for your viewing pleasure. The sound of the waterfall from the deck or lower observation deck, the serenity of the peaceful quiet trails as you take a stroll through the woods, roasting S'mores & hotdogs over a giant fire-pit! Fall Creek Falls is also only 10 minutes away! The pictures of this property do not do it justice... it is breath taking in person. The peace and quiet, animal wildlife, trails, waterfall and mountain views are enough to make this your yearly vacation spot! It's great for a romantic getaway, the hikers and thrill seekers, a family trip or just to simply get away from it all, unplug and enjoy the great outdoors. Also the state park Fall Creek Falls is about a 10 minute drive from the cabin, along with a bunch of other state parks, waterfalls, breweries, distilleries and small towns to explore etc. The upstairs is a beautiful Log cabin themed open space. There is a full kitchen with all amenities and cookware. A custom barn dining room table that fits 6 with 3 chairs and a full-length bench seat. A full-size bathroom with a stand-up shower with towels & toilet paper. A large living room with a 65" TV and giant sectional couch to cozy up on big enough to sleep 2 additional guests if need be, (extra throw blankets throughout) a leather reclining rocking chair and an oscillating floor fan. A custom-built queen size memory foam bed with a custom headboard and tufted comforter, nightstand, 6 drawer dresser and a nook spot to hang your clothes. There’s also a small dedicated workspace for your laptop at the foot of the bed. Downstairs has a mudroom that you walk into with laundry room and 2 arcade games, and another bed (twin) tucked away in a sleeping nook with a built-in closet. To the left there is a cozy 12x12 bedroom with a queen size pillowtop mattress with a nightstand, dresser, 50" TV, a corner chair, portable fan and an electric fireplace. Stayed a night at Michael's cabin. It was a peaceful and perfect stay! Beautiful nature, a perfect place to escape to, and very close to Fall Creek Falls.
Very enjoyable stay. Extremely secluded and awesome outdoor setting. Fast WiFi and well stocked home. Close enough to town for basic needs but far enough away to enjoy privacy. Bring firewood.
Not only was the cabin everything we expected and more, but Michael is a top notch host! Very responsive, polite, and extremely accommodating! Cabin was absolutely perfect and the landscape is beautiful! We’ve already decided to make this an annual trip!
Micheal’s cabin is on the most beautiful piece of land I’ve ever seen from standing on a deck! The waterfall sounds so relaxing and cozy! Roasted marshmallows AND took my pup! 🐶 walked trails, played pac-man arcade game! Michael’s Pics /description are wonderful but AMAZING when you get there. He was a great, answered any/all questions we had with-in mins! Very friendly, I would recommend his cabin to anyone looking to get away and off the grid to outdoors! Loved the scenery, the deer 🦌 that come up! I can’t say enough about it, it’s an amazing get-away! I’ll definitely be looking forward to coming back. Thank you Michael, we had fun! This was the best AIR bnb experice I've ever had and I've been staying at them since the site first started.(Tells how old I am). I had to switch up my dates about five times due to traveling and Micheal was amazing. Just like a friend helping you out. We communicated through the stay and he was responsive helpful and went above and beyond to make things accommodating. The cabin was amazing and so private. The details in the cabin was spot on and wonderful. And by far THE WATERFALL AND LOOKOUT private and on the property!!! I can't say enough about this place and the host!! I told him if he ever needed a private chef or onsite house keeper I would take the job for free just for the waterfall!!! You have to check this place out. If you need to unwind but still be connected. This is your spot! Just don't take my next dates 😝

It’s a very private location, in a quiet neighborhood with most homes sitting on large parcels of land, away from the daily grind and hustle & bustle of the big city… there’s a gate at the entrance and a private road (Stone Creek Trail) that leads to the log cabin on multiple acres, complete with trails, a waterfall & creek and a bluff mountain view out behind the cabin. Welcome to your new vacation spot!
The private gated road to the cabin is roughly 2 miles off of the main HWY 111, through a beautiful winding road in a neighborhood that consists of mainly big acreage properties or farms with nice neighbors that wave but usually keep to themselves.
There is plenty of driveway parking space available right next to the cabin that is lit up at night and a couple of parking spots just off of the driveway.
