Park Avenue is a newly remodeled home conveniently located between Warroad and Baudette. We are about a 15 minute drive from beautiful Lake of the Woods. 215 A Park Avenue is the south side of a duplex. The two units share a laundry/utility room.

Was a nice cozy place for us to visit during our fishing trip. I will plan on staying again the next time.
Very small community, close to baudette great for a multi night stay at a great price.
We had a great experience staying at Corey’s place! Super clean and very responsive! Definitely recommend.

We are located in a sleepy little neighborhood. We have one close neighbor. Across the street is a large open field and a church that is rarely used. We are a block from the railroad tracks, but quite a bit further from a crossing.
