Beautiful house with spectacular view to the jungle and partial views to the Gulf of Nicoya, has 3 spacious rooms, 2 bedrooms inside the house, both with king size bed and private bathroom, additionally has a guest bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom and separate entrance. The house also offers air conditioning and an exceptional location where the tranquility and the sound of nature will make your stay an unforgettable experience. It has a private infinity pool.

Nous n’avons pas pu logé dans le logement de cette annonce car une maison était en construction juste à côté. Plus d’un mois avant Noelia nous a contacté pour nous expliquer la situation et nous proposer un autre logement absolument génial ! Cette honnêteté est très appréciable car cela n’était pas de sa faute. De plus le trajet entre l’aéroport et la maison a été semé d’embûches et nous sommes arrivés que le lendemain. Noelia nous a remboursé la nuit que nous n’avons pas pu faire dans la maison. En bref, nous ne pouvons pas évaluer Cette maison mais nous recommandons l’hôte sans hésitation
Noelia's place was awesome. The pool area is great. The house was very well-equiped and we felt very secure. Noelia was a great and responsibe host.

The villa is within Villas Roma del Mar, a private guarded residential community with privately owned villas for rent by owner (not all of the properties). The development has currently 26 Villas and 3 duplexes, a beachfront restaurant and a small supermarket. The developers are from Germany and live on site.
Transfers to and from Airport – As mentioned before, Villas Roma del Mar is located pretty much off the beaten path. We have the ferry station close by, but other than that public transportation is not a comfortable option to travel around, since the bus stations are not really in walking distance.
Therefore WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting a car (4x4, especially during the rainy season from May to November). We can help you get a quote from our rental car partner. Just send us your complete flight info and we will send you a quote tailored to your needs - with no hidden costs!!!
Nevertheless, if you decide to come without a car because you're planning to chill around the house and maybe just explore Roma del Mar and its beauties by wandering around, we will be happy to set up a transfer for you. We work with a local taxi company and have been hiring the same driver for years now. He speaks English and is super helpful!
