I was solo travelling to Tunis/Sidi Bou Said and had the best stay at Wassim's place. I got clear instructions how to find the place, his friend was picking me up and showed me around some amazing Tunisian restaurants (must-try!) and overall in my 4 days I got a lot of recommendations from Wassim about literally anything. If he had time he would also join for Dinner or a Bar. He is very passionate about sharing recommendations. He speaks English very well, also French and Arabic. The place is located very well in Sidi Bou Said, so i was mostly walking to cafes or restaurants, to the sea, to the beautiful center, etc. If i didn't feel like walking, it's very easy to grab a taxi or use Bolt (more expensive). My room was quiet, clean, but the real deal is the living room with a postcard view of the sea. It's so cozy! Also there is Frieda the cutest Husky i've met, she is living outside of the appartment usually and if you are comfortable to let her in she will be your best friend.

Wassim est un hôte très accueillant, accessible et serviable ! Il a été de très bons conseils et son appartement est cosy , je recommande! Surtout que le jolie village de sidi bou said y est accessible à pied donc très bien situé

It was a pleasure to stay in Wassim house, it’s nice and peaceful place with a beautiful view. He share his dinner with me and always responds to my questions. Nice to meet you Wassim and thank you !

Nice place with nice view , Wasim is quite passinate about introducing the guest all the great things around, was a great stay there.

The place was just amazing very cozy with a wonderful view. And wassim was also super great both him and his friend made me feel like at home and catered to all my need. this is most definitely a gem.
