Amazing place very peaceful and beautiful. Great host
Great location. Easy to communicate but could not find the lock box at night so had to stay in a hotel the first night and was not offered any compensation which would have been a nice gesture. Run by a company assuming to be a personal host it would seem
Water heating problem that was never fixed, had to buy a dish for my family to wash in as couldn't use hot shower. Spent most of the time communicating with them back and forth without any positive solution. Landlord came on my last day to fix the water heating but failed to fix it. No bins in kitchen and toilet. Big toilet window without blinds / curtains, so you will be looking at people outside when using toilet, and they could also see you. Bedroom desk lamps with no bulbs, main bedroom side lamps no bulbs. No heating in kitchen and toilet, very cold in the night as you pass through kitchen to go toilet. Asked for a portable heater but never provided. It was difficult for me as I had three small children. No rails to dry towels in toilet. Kitchen sink tap was very loose and difficult to use. While the place looks new and has a good outlook, it's not fully serviced. I had a very bad experience, especially with water heating system and I will not book that place again. Money lost

I had a good stay in this accommodation, more closer to the shops and malls,walking distance to the Tram station about 5 minutes, so convenient
