Such a lovely place! Enjoyed a stay at the confy studio. Francisco was always with us to ensure we could have a comfortable and enjoyable stay there. He replied late night to solve our concerns. I’d like to stay again when I visit LA someday.

Francisco is a super great Host!. He was very response with my questions, friendly and takes pride in his home. The place was excellent for us. Our primary purpose for staying here was to go to Universal Studios and Griffith Observatory. Both of which are close by within 15-20 minute drive. I was really impressed with the location, the street itself is very nice, safe clean and surrounded by beautiful homes and rolling hills with views. Plenty of parking on the street. The Unit has a fully functional kitchen with modern appliances. Bathroom is modern and plenty of water pressure in the shower. Beds were confy and sheets smelled freshly washed. TV has Netflix , Youtube and Prime already loaded. Wifi signal was very strong. Within 15-minute walking distance is a main street with some restaurants. We discovered this area has a dominant Armenian community and so we took advantage of some delicious middle-eastern food. Our favorite was Elena's (Greek & Armenian). we'll be back
