Need a little more Universal Orlando's City Walk is a short 25-minute drive and features Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Bob Marley's, City Walk's Rising Stars, or dance the night away at The Groove. The Clubhouse at Paradiso Grande is a one-of-a-kind experience for all ages. It will be the ideal space to take a break from all the hustle and bustle of Orlando. The full leisure facility will be the perfect retreat for owners and guests of the Paradiso Grande. **Pool heating and BBQ fees are NOT included in this booking.** *YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO BOOK THIS HOUSE.** *Amenities are not available* *Construction in the area* * Like all vacation homes, our homes are classed as self-catering accommodation. Lovely location and comfortable stay. The host made sure everything was prepared for me and I felt very much at such a clean home!
Charged for dirty towels when neither of the washers work. Some of the charges were well within reason. One dryer requires a code to be used. Upstairs washer also leaks into downstairs bedroom on top of guest bed. (causing it to cave in). Kitchen faucet is loose and will easily be broken by next guest. Shower handles falling off. Maintenance people did not identify or resolve any issues. They had no idea where any of the appliances were either. All of this was email to the appropriate email and told to the maintenance person who walked upstairs, back downstairs, and left. Guests were present when the maintenance people were.
We had a list of items at check in never addressed during our stay. They advertise all these things, but the TV in the garage would not work properly, one of the gaming systems was broken. This wouldn’t have been a big deal, but in their listing it is there and is expected to work. The pool heater we paid an extra $150 did not heat the pool at all and they have yet to reply to my calls and emails. The sink faucet was falling off and we sent them a video about it prior to the next renter complaining about it as well. Overall the stay was ok and house was big. However, one of the main things we wanted was for our kids to play in the heated pool and it never happen. What made things worse is we waited to review hoping the matter would be corrected, but two weeks later the company hasn’t even replied to my emails/complaints. I will now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Very unfortunate, bc the place could be great with the right management company and better service.
