great place to stay. loved it so much i stayed twice, very nice area mall is 2 blocks away. restaurants are close as well, yoga class is close so many things.

Communication with the host was always great. The apartment is beautiful and located at the best location, close to restaurants and bars and very private and quiet at the same time. The only issue with the apartment is that there’s NO HOT WATER, the hot water last for 30 seconds after you open the faucet. Also, there was no water service two of the mornings of my stay (I stayed 7days), but since Pereira’s temperature is usually hot, I did not mind it much. The host was always in communication and trying to find a solution about the water issue which made me feel a little better. Everything else was perfect, nice blankets, towels, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed is super comfortable.

I thought the apartment was great. My only complaint would be that the hot water works poorly. Kept getting cold during my showers after a couple minutes.
