This spot was in a perfect location in Palm Springs. An easy walk downtown and a beautiful home. Unfortunately, the instructions for this airbnb are very unclear. It is NOT a self check in and for three weeks prior to our trip we had to communicate with a natural retreats. No communication goes through airbnb. Someone had to meet us at the house upon check in to meet every guest of the trip and for everyone to sign a form. Sadly this made the trip really inconvenient and stressful before we even arrived. On top of this, there was a cockroach in the main bedroom’s bed. Sadly, this airbnb is stunning and could be perfect but needs to fix these flaws.
The place was beautiful, the location was perfect. The only criticism I have is that the hot tub/jacuzzi were not heated to the level we were expecting.
Can’t beat this wonderful location. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars and shops. Every question I had was dealt with in a timely manner and resolved quickly.
