It will be setup and heated ready for your entire stay The Lodge is set over 3 floors, with lounge and kitchen / dinner on the ground floor along with Utility room and WC. 3 bedrooms to the 1st floor along with en-suite to bed 2 and shared shower room beds 3 and 4. The second floor has the master bedroom with en-suite, this has the Kingsize bed.

First of all, the place is amazing. Everyone involved was so happy with the booking. Gav was so helpful and courteous. The house is gorgeous, clean, secluded, and it had everything we could possibly have needed. Bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfy for all. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Property sleeps 8 but Gav allowed us to add an additional person to our booking. Was very friendly throughout all communication & gave us a welcome tour when we arrived, explained how things worked within the property before leaving us to our weekend. The house is very pretty & rustic, looks exactly like the photos. Bedrooms were cosy & had plenty of space to be able to put our belongings. Would definitely visit again & recommend to others.

Elm Farm is nested in the centre of the village of North Wingfield, historically a mining village. Today it's a residential village with shops, walks and great access to many tourist attractions.
A car is recommended to make the most of visiting the many tourist attractions, there is parking onsite for 4 cars max during your stay.
