Great stay! No complaints. Property and amenities as described. Family enjoyed our vacation and a beautiful time for our daughters birthday getaway
The hosts were very quick responding to our questions and when there was an issue with our reservation. The home was large and spacious. Management was notified about the Microwave going out and no one came out to fix it. The Internet went out on Friday and never came back on. We couldn’t watch any TV unless you use your personal hotspot. 1 of the king bedroom up stairs with the pink accent wall and gray headboard was broken before we got there and when we sit on the foot of the bed it broke down. We had to fix it in order to get a good night sleep. The next day while sitting on the right side of the bed, it broke down again. We shouldn’t have had to fix it if management already knew it was broken. They should have gotten metal rails instead of wooden rails. You can see how they try to fix it previously. On Saturday the garbage disposal wasn’t working properly. We cut it on and nothing happened. The only thing that was taking care of was them bringing a plunger to fix the toilet.
We had an amazing time staying in this house. Party of 20 with enough space for everyone. Jessica and Dan answered every question we had in a timely manner. Excellent communication. Would definitely stay again!
Truly enjoyed this vacation home for my staff and I. We had an awesome time coming back relaxing and enjoying the different amenities provided after a long day of working during our football tournament. The hosts could definitely do a better job at communicating, the up to date rules on getting into the house. The initial instructions we received were incorrect and had to wait several hours before getting the correct instructions.
Home is spacious and newer, however, already starting to show lack of maintenance...staining on carpets, hole in wall in garage/game room. Kitchen utensils-missing wine bottle opener...large home with 12 bedrooms but very tiny pots/pans so hard to cook for our party of 12 and parking for only 4 cars. No matter what we set the thermostat at the a/c would reset itself to 68 degrees. No blankets/comforters on beds or in closets, so it did not make for much sleep when we were freezing. Front door mat was stained carpet remnant. They charged us for the Jacuzzi heater but could not tell us how to lower the temperature and it was too hot to use, so, waste of money. Movie room is a cheap projector with no connectivity, so, useless. Home marketed as having a garage when in actuality, it was converted to a game room, pool sticks had no felt on tips, which made it hard to play a game of pool, which is one of the reasons why we rented the property. Nice stay but house needs corrections.
