Overall this is a good place to stay with easy check-in and check-out. However, there is nothing to do nearby and it takes 45+ mins from this place to go to any tourist attraction like Griffith Observatory, Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Universal or Santa Monica Pier. I took one star down as the bath tub in one of the bathrooms was rusted, and the heating wasn't balanced across the 4 rooms. Couple rooms would get super heated while the remaining would be extremely chilly. The best part about the house was that each of the 4 bedrooms had their own bathrooms.

This townhouse was perfect for our family. They provided a baby crib for our two year old nephew. The place is spacious, clean and had extra everyday necessities like paper towels, toilet paper etc. The garage can fit two cars. We were able to get an XL SUV and midsize SUV. Location wise it’s middle of the places we wanted to go to like Disneyland. Will definitely book again if we visit again.

Jonathan’s place is great for huge parties, we were 11 and we fit perfectly, very spacious and completely equipped ! He is a great host , always very responsive! The only thing we did not like was the neighborhood, I’m not from LA and I don’t really now much about the cities and it didn’t feel very safe but we didn’t have any issues at all!
