We are Valeria, Tomas and Antonio. This is our house. We live in it all year round and rent it out on vacation. That is why you will find it super-equipped and practical, everything working perfectly and lovingly cared for. IMPORTANT: *In winter we only rent the upper floor. The ground floor remains empty but closed. * In summer: entire house. UPPER FLOOR with sea view: - Bedroom 3 with hot-cold air conditioning - Living room with sofa bed and wood stove ("salamandra") - Super equipped integrated kitchen (I'm a chef) - Dining room for 8 with hot-cold air conditioning - Bathroom 3 with bathtub and jacuzzi OUTDOORS: - Large garden with many trees, more than 1000 m2 - Deck with barbecue, outdoor table and hammock with ocean views - Driveway for up to 3 cars GROUND FLOOR: - Bedroom 1 with hot-cold air conditioning - Bathroom 1 with separate shower and bathtub - Bedroom 2 with capacity for 3 people (1 trundle bed + 1 single bed) and hot-cold air conditioning - Bathroom 2 with shower - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer - OPTIONAL: 4th Bedroom or Service Bedroom, with it's own bathroom and independent entrance. The house has optical fiber WiFi, and alarm service. It is rented with bed linen and towels. Water and electricity services are paid separately. Optional to be agreed: firewood.
