This unique space, located on 1028m2 in Mermaid Waters offers you the privacy of the upper level with access to some common outdoor areas. A peaceful place for plant, dog & insect lovers; you will relax amongst an incredibly abundant ecosystem that has been created with love & intention. Relax & enjoy! The space is inviting, comfortable, relaxed. There are two queen beds, a full kitchen, open plan living and dining. ** Please be aware ** The stunning bathroom, which features a Blackbutt bathtub and double shower, is shared use for the two bedrooms and open-plan to the master bedroom. There is a curtain which can be pulled across for privacy, but guests who desire higher levels of privacy may not be comfortable in this space.

This place was well equipped and it was close to the shop and a good walk distance to the beach. Jessica was very friendly and well-communicated. Good place for dogs.

Jess described this place pretty well. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees and bushes. You many see lots of plants both outdoors and indoors, which is pleasant. We had a lovely time staying here. You’ll have two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large living space with an open kitchen. You’ll have the entire first floor to yourself with private entry from the back of the house. Jess was super nice and gave us full privacy during our stay. Jess’ dog was super friendly too. The location is very convenient. Shops are just crossed the road. A very nice area to walk around for a morning walk among the water-fronted houses. For people who like shopping, a bigger shopping plaza is only a 5min driving distance away. Approx 30 minutes to all theme parks. We’ll definitely come back again!
