Great place with generator, no loadshedding woes

We are issued an access code and not told it’s a 1 use code went out for dinner and couldn’t get back inside the estate called no help. The no. they gave for the helper was the wrong number. If we did not know people in the estate we would have had to sleep in the car outside the estate. Took agency 6 hours to respond the next day 4 bath towels for 7 people. I emailed agency before arriving asking if we must bring towels. No hand towels anywhere! Toilet seat missing a chunk of it, other seat missing hinge and seat fell. No hanging space in main bedroom The drains in the main bedrooms en suite stank , the shower heads need cleaning as most are blocked. The kitchen has dirty utensils in the drawers so we ate out. Security is a concern as the side gate is missing. No bell on the door so could not access the house stood calling and then just walked in through the side fence into the open house. Lovely house but shocking management of the property!
