Ziv Boutique Apartments number 1 is located next to the central square of old historic Lafkas town in a quiet street, 2 min. walk from the sea, famous churches, tavernas, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bars and supermarkets. Traditional stone building fully renovated and redesigned. Our apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Ziv Boutique Apartments number 1 is located on the GROUND FLOOR (STREET LEVEL) of a beautiful traditional Greek building that was built a 150 years ago. The building has been recently renovated and redesigned. It is located next to the central square of old historic Lafkas town in a quiet street and in an ideal prime location. When arriving at the island, I will personally greet you and show you where the best places to park your car. The apartment is a studio consists of a sleeping area, living area, kitchen and bathroom. If you would like to sit in the fresh air, the apartment offers garden furniture next to the entrance. The apartment (32 sq m. = 344 sq. ft) features a fully equipped kitchen (includes oven with double electric stove top), air conditioning and heating in the entire apartment, bug nets in all doors and windows, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, a hairdryer and more. There are 2 beds in the apartment – a queen size bed and another queen size sofa bed. Overall the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults). In case you are traveling with an infant (1 year old or younger), we will also supply you with a crib with no extra charge (please let us know beforehand).

My wife and I had a fantastic time in Lefkada Town, and we really enjoyed our stay at the Ziv apartment. Our host Pinelopi was kind and responsive at check in, and the space was clean, modern, and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great for exploring the many great shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The streets are narrow and busy in town, so once we found a place to park nearby we chose to not drive for the remainder of our two day stay there, and enjoyed a long stress-free walk to swim at the beach near town. Lefkadians like to stay out late and have a good time, but our street was quiet and we left feeling rested (and full!). Highly recommend!
Perfect apartment, right in the centre
Very friendly and responsive host! The place has everything you need to feel comfortable! Ziv send the locations and the information you need before getting in the city. The location of the place was perfect, the nice beaches are not in the city, but the parking in the city is free, which is very good for people with car. Would definitely go back to that place!
This place is in a cozy narrow street and you have a table and chairs to relax after beach and dinner. It’s in the center so you can walk many restaurants. For us, it was a good choice to stay there since our first time on the island. Discover the island by day and walk in the streets by night.

The apartment is close to many of the town's most important points of interest, including the Santa Mavra castle, the Panagia ton Xenon church and the Archaeological Museum and many other beautiful and important sites.
It is a walking distance from all the famous restaurants, bars, cafes and tevernas of Lefkada town.
The two nearby beaches are Agios Giannis beach and Milos beach, both are a 3 km walk from the apartment. It is recommended to make the trip by foot so you will get a chance to see the beautiful views, wildlife and scenes that are unique to Lefkada.
We offer to pick you up from the Lefkas Marina or Lefkada’s bus station free of charge (Up to 4 people. Please contact us beforehand to let us know when you will arrive). You can find bicycle, scooter, ATV (Quad), bike and car rentals from well-known companies like Avis and Europecar among others which give you the possibility of not having to rent a car for your entire stay.
There is public transportation right next to the apartment. The nearest taxi station is in a 1-minute walking distance from the apartment and the bus station is in a 5-minute walking distance.

Our building is located in a prime location, on a quiet street in the center of Lefkada Town where cars are not allowed to drive. Therefore, the apartment does not have its own parking, however, there are plenty of FREE public parking spaces in close proximity to the apartment. When you will arrive at the island, I will personally greet you and show you where the best places are to park your car. Please note that during peak season, you may have to park a bit further from the apartment, but I will make sure that when you arrive you will find a parking space as close as possible to the house. The prime location of the apartment allows you to leave your car parked while you are in town and walk anywhere by foot.
