It was so nice to stay in this place. The host is so friendly and the place is very clean… near a lot of places, and with security.. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I had issues with the apartment. The master bedroom window actively leaked n filled the floor with water during a rainy night. The kitchen faucet was broken, and a leg of the dining room chair was broken. It is a nice place but definitely has its issues

Joash place is centrally located with shopping and entertainment joints within walking distance. The place is cozy and value for money. Communication with Joash was mostly in real time. Highly recommended

Joash was very supportive and responsive at all times, we was very welcoming and made us felt at home! The place is neat and tidy although abit small and squeezed when it comes to space! But overall we enjoyed our stay and we were a very happy client.
