However, it remains positioned at the foot of Lacugnano Park, where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of the Umbrian countryside. Living room: The welcoming and refined atmosphere of the living room is elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable sofa and modern travertine flooring. A large window offers picturesque views of the surrounding landscape, while the kitchen, integrated into the wall, is equipped with high-end appliances and premium materials such as black corian. Esperienza estremamente positiva, sembra di essere a casa propria, elegantemente arredata, zona riservata tranquilla e facile negli spostamenti, sicuramente da consigliare, penso che ritornerò volentieri.
Alloggio come da descrizione e foto, pulito e molto accogliente, finiture di alto livello. Zona molto rltranquilla e lontana dal caos ma ben servita a pochi minuti di auto e possibilita di fare passeggiate salutari nei dintorni. Daniele é stato gentile nel proporci flessibilità di check in e check out e nel darci consigli sui ristoranti di zona. L'appartamento è in un punto strategico per visitare assisi, perugia, lago trasimeno ed altre attrazioni. Consigliatissimo

In a quiet area but literally 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores. Beautiful, sophisticated, high quality design with an eco-edge. Probably the nicest interior of any Airbnb we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in quite a few. Daniele's instructions were detailed and accurate and we didn't have the "I hope we can get in" jitters that we often do when we stay at a new place...so, thank you for that! Will def stay here again when back in Perugia area. From one host to another, you did us proud!
Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo passato un weekend a Perugia e siamo rimasti veramente contenti! L'appartamento è molto moderno, dotato di tutti i comfort e a pochi minuti da Perugia. Lo consiglio vivamente! Abbastanza pulito, letto comodissimo e luci con la possibilità di cambiare vari scenari dal telecomandino. L'host, Daniele, è super disponibile e ha risposto tempestivamente ad ogni mia domanda!
