We had a wonderful 4 week stay at Patrick's place in Carroll. It is a quaint and warm 1890's farmhouse. It was very large with four bedrooms which allowed our four grown children to come up at various times. My wife and I appreciated the large master bedroom on the first floor, so we didn't have to go upstairs each night. My wife also loved the porch off of the master bedroom. She spent each morning out there drinking her morning coffee while wrapped in a blanket. My wife doesn't ski so the hot tub was a necessity when we were looking for a place to rent. She loved it! And each Thursday someone came by to clean it and add the required chemicals. I grew up a little south of Carroll in Waterville Valley but it does not compare to the beauty of the Twin Mt/Mt Washington area. The views are just spectacular. We will definitely be returning to this area for future vacations.

The hot tub was green so we didn't use it. The pictures don't reflect the place as it is now. It looks like they were taken 15 years ago. A cabinet to the right of the dishwasher is falling out. It's a 12 minute drive to Breton Woods, the location is good.

What a lovely home! Very spacious and great location! Would recommend for larger groups or families with children! Seems like it’d be a great stay during the spring/summer months as well.

Patrick was wonderful to work with. The house had just enough of what we needed for a ski weekend and the jacuzzi was a major plus!

We really enjoyed staying at Patrick's place. He was very accommodating and quick to answer all of our questions. The place is an older, almost historic house, that is very cozy. The kitchen is outfitted with all the essential appliances and miscellaneous items you'll need for a comfortable stay. The location is 10 minutes from Mt. Washington Hotel and Bretton Woods resort, and you can be in North Conway or on the Kancamagus scenic highway within 20-30 minutes. The single negative would be that a main roadway is close by and can be a little noisy. All things considered the house was an excellent value and we would stay again.
