Overall, everything was great; however, I'd suggest being a bit more flexible with the check-out time. It's not always feasible to check out by 11 am in Goa.

Very well maintained and exactly like the photos. Though the place is a bit inside from the main road, but easily accessible and connected. Calangute beach is approximate 15-20 mins walk. The place has all the amenities as promised. Clean and fairly maintained. Wifi has a good speed if someone is planning to work from there. The caretaker is very polite and helpful. One can order food/Groceries etc online and there are many food joints at walkable distance. The only feedback I have is that there is no exhaust in the bathroom. So please get an exhaust fan installed. And the mattress on the double bed is made of spring and looks like it's been used a lot as it makes noise and is uncomfortable for people like me who have backache issues. Also, please provide an extra blanket for people who might sleep in the living room as the place is big enough for 4 people. Overall, I would recommend this place and would love to come back.
