入住时候房东会建立一个whatsapp群，并亲自来房子附近的车站接，他们回消息很快。住的地方在一个亚洲区（？）周围还是有些奇怪的人，感觉回去要小心一点，但是位置还不错走几分钟就到街上了，有很多餐厅，吃饭不愁。房间比较干净，两个双人间很大很舒服但是冬天稍微有点冷，单人间比较小一点，厨房客厅都很不错，有锅子热水壶，我们自己做了早饭。 At the time of check-in, Liam and Daniel will set up a whatsapp group and pick us up at the station near the house. They reply very soon. The house is in an Asian region(not sure), sometimes there are some strange people around, but the location is not bad, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the street. there are many restaurants and we don't worry about eating. The room is relatively clean. The two double rooms are very large and comfortable, but it is a little cold in winter. The single room is smaller. The kitchen and living room are all very good. We have a pot and a hot kettle, so that we can make our own breakfast.

用中文吧，希望更多的同胞去葡萄牙。位置其实不错，只是尽量别拖箱子步行上去，坡道可怕。离主大街（也是华人街）比较近，走路5分钟。离热门广场15分钟。步行去能看里斯本全景的城堡也就15分钟，其实在阳台也能看到一半啦！房间很大，2个大卧一个单人间，我们3人简直奢侈！房东也很好，还帮我预约了清晨的出租车。最火的海鲜馆就在附近，每天排队到凌晨，其实隔壁那家就很不错！

Disappointed. Visited in early April. The pictures and reviews were great, but it seems the pictures are several years old and both interior, furniture and the building itself are in urgent need of maintenance/renovation. For example, the chairs on the balcony look brand new in the pictures, but the reality is far from that. Gas heater, but no gas/fire detector (it was advertised to be available, but had been removed from the wall). Broken tiles at both bathroom and kitchen floor. Large gaps between wooden floor at dining area. Building entrance hall floor had a large hole into the ground. This hole was covered with a door mat. Nice views from the balcony over the city. Location is good, but at evenings the street is populated by groups of homeless drug users. One used syringe was found (on the street) at the doorstep. The total price is fair if divided between several visitors, but in my opinion, the pictures are too old or filtered to provide real information on this apartment.

Daniel and Liam are both extremely responsive and really helpful. The apartment was clean and very spacious and had a very nice view of Lisbon. Be mindful the location is a little bit of a walk from the sights.

Daniel fue muy atento con nosotros desde el primer momento. El apartamento es amplio y limpio, la ubicación del apartamento está muy bien, cerca del centro y de uno de los barrios más importantes de Lisboa, Alfama.
