ADDITIONAL BEDDING: You have access to an additional 4 Guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed. These beds are available in the house and come with bedding. KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 8-person private hot tub and private heated pool. POOL/HOT TUB: The private pool and 12-person hot tub is heated year-round, and temperature is kept between 82 degrees in the summer and 95 degrees in the winter. GAME ROOM: Pool Table and Outdoor ping pong table PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home. HIKING TRAILS: There are 5 miles of hiking direct from the house. You can hike all the way to the lake and Faux Falls. GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones. COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
