We are a family providing a home away from home to traveling nurses and professionals on a month to month basis during the winter. A one-bedroom apartment fully furnished that is attached to the main house, but also completely separate, and is not occupied in the winter. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and the living room has a pull-out queen-sized bed for guests. The home is nestled in the woods up a steep driveway, providing gorgeous views and a lush, tranquil setting. No other homes are visible from the property, just the Rogue River and Pacific Ocean. The apartment is only available in the winter time when the main house is not in use. The hot tub is available for guests, with gorgeous views and an ideal natural landscape.
