High Speed internet, DirectTV and Netflix are included. It is located in a great neighborhood that is one mile from the US Capitol, Mall, etc. The metro station is a 8 minute walk. Guests have their own private entrance. The entire English basement apartment is yours and includes a small patio in front with old fashioned iron table and chairs for dining or relaxing. The living/dining room (main living area) comfortably fits 4 guests. The dining table can fit up to four and there are 2 barstools along the kitchen counter as well. The couch is a sleeper sofa that opens into a queen size bed. There is a 54" TV that offers DirectTV and includes a fire stick with our Netflix account that you can use. You can also use the fire stick for any streaming apps accounts that you may have of your own. There is also a small desk in the living room in case you need to do any telework. The unit has high speed wifi. Full Kitchen! The kitchen has a dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with enough K-cups to get up to 4 folks through a couple days. All of the pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, cups/mugs, spice rack, etc. that you will need to make meals in the unit are provided. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Also included are enough towels/wash clothes for up to 4 guests.
