The place was very clean, well organized and had everything that we needed. It was much bigger than expected which was a plus. The area was really nice and quiet as well.
Another perfect stay at one of Justin and Greg's rentals. First time staying here and it was exceptional. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and all of the essentials (and more) provided. I will always look to stay at one of their places when I'm travelling to the Lake Norman/Charlotte area.

Justin and Greg were the best hosts, which means a lot coming from me (as I can be picky). I've never had such attentive hosts, literally concierge level. They sent information about the area (restaurants,...) and instructions about the unit (where to park, directions from the elevator,...) before I arrived. Any questions were promptly responded to. The unit itself was super clean, not a spec of dirt anywhere, everything was well organized and easy to find, and the unit was well stocked with any supplies I would need. Space was left for me to put my own things away as well. I especially loved the convenience of having charging pads in the rooms, built in nightlights into the lamps in one of the bedrooms and decaf coffee pods (I can't have caffeine). The retro NES system was a unique touch that we all had fun playing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the soap was in fancy dispensers. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel in a beautiful complex. Can't wait to return!

Just over 12 years ago, we, a homegrown Texan & a Wisconsin transplant, first met in DC. We bonded over a love of health, fitness, and quality-cooked meat and have been best friends ever since. Justin traded in the endless screens of Finance for the fun of real estate, while Greg is a literal Rocket Scientist. Looking to fund our love for travel, and Greg's growing family, we embarked on our greatest adventure yet: starting this Airbnb business!
