La Maison des Sœurs is a real gem: you enter a building that's around 300 years old... originally built to house nuns until the early 20th century, then taken over by a doctor... the soul of the house is palpable thanks to the materials that have stood the test of time: the building's front door, the hall chandelier and staircase banister, the cement tiles date from the 1930s, and the oak doors open onto the apartment. You'll discover a bright, open-plan living room. The library on either side of the fireplace invites you to travel. The typically Provencal kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven.... The dining table in the middle of the kitchen invites you to cook while chatting with guests. The apartment has 4 bedrooms. "La picolina" (Bedroom 1) is a real cocoon for children. Sheltered by thick walls with a view over the courtyard, it has a high bed (190 * 90), a bookcase and toys at your disposal. A small bed/sofa (120 * 70) can accommodate an additional child aged 3 to 6. "La fenêtre sur cour" (Room 2) is another children's room with a pull-out bed (2 x 190 x 90). Its large window overlooking the flower-filled courtyard gives it all its charm. "La Maritime (Room 3) is a double room (bed 140 x 200) with cement tiles, wood, whitewashed walls and navy decor, giving it a truly peaceful feeling. The room comes with a piano. "Les Roches" (Room 4) is a large room carved out of the rock, with large bay windows overlooking the courtyard. Here you'll find a reading corner, a desk and a raised alcove with a double bed (140*190). In this alcove is a large screen TV. Adjoining this room is a bathroom finished in 2021 in Tadelak. The bedding is high quality (natural latex mattresses), with linen for the most part. Bath linen is Egyptian cotton. The bathroom The bathroom, remodeled in January 2023, features a beautiful Italian-style shower in green zellige. The terrace / Patio The terrace, with its many plants, offers a space for aperitifs protected by a shade cloth for the warmer hours, and a table for dining outside on summer evenings. Illuminated with garlands, you're sure to have a wonderful time. Simon and Bubulle, the two little fish in the pond, will be there for the little ones to feed...
