This is a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms unit of a single family house in the city of Fremont. Quiet and convenient location, close to 880 highway. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Single floor 3B2B house with large front-yard and backyard. Approximately 1400 sq ft living space. A king bed and two queen beds are provided. Big kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. A very large sofa and TV are provided in the living room. A simple work space is in the master bedroom. A beautiful pond in the front-yard. Self check in with private entrance.

卫生：房间很干净，卫生间和床品都很干净整洁。 设施：厨房设施齐全，可以简单做饭，在页面说明的设备设施都有，很好用。后院有颗柠檬树，和房东沟通后摘了2颗柠檬泡水，很新鲜。还有秋千椅，可惜下了几天雨，要不然后院真的是很舒适。 位置：位置在安静的社区里，非常安全安静，驾车去周围的超市也很近，大约5分钟就有CVS和超市，离99大华大约10分钟车程，很方便。 非常温馨舒适的房子，下次去Fremont一定还会入住。
My group of friends all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were staying in the area for another friend's wedding. It was quiet and peaceful, but close enough to main streets/freeways to get around. The listing itself looked just like the photos and was super clean. Self keypad check in was easy. The hosts were also super responsive and accommodating.
Great host, clear place, kids loved it
A nice house to stay. It’s got an orange tree and a lemon tree! We love it so much that we decided to extend our stay here. I can tell that the place was modeled/ prepared for home/ not just for rental so it feels very comfortable and homey. Everything at this house is with high quality and especially the beds are very comfortable! Will definitely come back for it if we are ever visiting the bay. Thanks!

Very nice and quiet residential neighborhood. Convenient location to the 880 highway and downtown Fremont. A lot of restaurants, supermarkets, and banks are surrounded by.
No access to the garage for this house. You can park 2 cars on the driveway. Free street parking for the rest of the cars.
