We stayed at Gevorg’s place for 2 nights recently and it left an amazing impression. It still feel brand new and pristine. The building itself has a great feel, and neighbours are respectfully quiet. The metro is a 5 minute walk away and there is a very small but convenient shop located a minute away from the building. We bumped into Gevorg himself as we were checking out and he is a friendly and helpful host. Thank you very much 🙏🏻

Beautiful new apartments with all necessary inside for comfortable stay. All is the same as at the photos. 5-8 minutes from metro. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Thank you for hospitality
