Great place to stay! Unit was beautiful, clean, well stocked! Couldn’t ask for more. Beautiful view of the water. Nestled in an area where there is plenty to do, great restaurants and beautiful scenery. Host was great and responded quickly!

Condo was very nice and clean. We didn’t have some of the starting items we needed but soon after letting them know, it was brought right to us. Great location and views!

We had a wonderful time staying here for the week! Hosts were very quick to respond when we needed anything, checkout was super easy and having a trash chute on the same floor as the unit was extra nice with kids. Comfy beds and nice furnishings. Would rent this again and highly recommend! This is our favorite part of 30A too - so close to Seaside, but a little less crowded.

We stayed for our honeymoon-the condo was just as swoon worthy as any of the Seaside homes. If you’re not looking into booking a full house, but still want to stay somewhere upscale and classy-this is the place. The views are phenomenal, the condo was pristine, beautifully decorated and could happily fit 2 couples or a small family. Of 4. The bedrooms are not the biggest, but the closets and storage make up for it so you can store your bags. During our stay the only hindrance was the one elevator due to maintenance, but not a long term issue. Must try 30A-Cafe nearby, ask for Van Epps! Roadway cafe is near. Near seaside shops too. Condo was in optimal location of shops, but relaxation.
