We came for a bachelorette of 14 girls and had an absolutely amazing time. The house was extremely spacious so we didn’t ever feel crowded and were a quick drive to old town. The karaoke room and wonderful outdoor space made for the perfect night in! With the help of Korin we had the perfect trip!

We had a large group and really enjoyed our stay at Korin’s place. We spent the weekend chilling by the pool and didn’t stray far from the Airbnb which worked out well for this location. Neighborhood was good for walking and the place was family-friendly!

Korin was a great host- proactive and responsive! Beautifully decorated and large house, hard to find a place with four bathrooms as well so really great for girls trips. First time staying in Tempe, and great value for location and size/design of the house. You hear a little highway noise but in no way did that impact the stay. Would recommend for sure. 😊

Korin’s place was absolutely perfect for our trip- it was spacious and had such great decor which made the house very comfortable to stay in. The location was great- easily accessible from the airport, in a quiet neighborhood and not far from Scottsdale. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all of the things you might need for a larger group staying at the house and the bathrooms had the essentials. We loved the karaoke room and would note that this space really made our trip! The only downside was that the upper level bedrooms were significantly warmer throughout the day and night than the rest of the space. We expected warmer temps just due to the time of our travel but come summer, those rooms might not be bearable for sleeping, which is a bummer since there are 3 rooms upstairs. Overall, a definitely must stay when you’re in the area!

Korin was very helpful & the place was beautiful!! A few little bummers to note — the downstairs bathroom & downstairs main karaoke area lights did not work. For the bathroom lights, having a group of girls needing to get ready, this was definitely less than ideal. Korin did offer to have someone come out and check out the karaoke area but we didn’t go down to that area until later & didn’t know if it would be worth it. Secondly, the upstairs of the house was reading about 10-15 degrees hotter than the main level and downstairs set to the lowest setting. The girls who slept up there had to open their windows at nights to get comfortable and during the day it was honestly a bit miserable. We had all blinds closed, fans going, etc & we just could not get it cooled down. But it is the desert and quite hot so we understood to an extent! Just good to note with a group needing all bedrooms. Korin was very communicative & although a few lights & air weren’t perfect, it was such a fun time!
