Best house in the area. period. Filip is very friendly and helpful. Definetely recommended. Best resteraunt in Kolaşin is just a few steps away. we had a great time. Best view in the Kolasin.

It’s a big and comfortable house — warm, cosy, with a big and real fireplace, which is so important when it’s cold and nasty outside, 4 comfortable bedrooms (each with their own bathroom!) and a third floor with pool and other games to spend the evenings. Main terrace and dining room windows (floor to ceiling!) overlook a river, which is wonderful. The only downside was the internet strength (local wifi) — it was on times rather slow. Might be important for those who need strong connection for work reasons. The local mobile internet from Mtel worked well though, but not everyone from our group had Mtel. We had a couple of power outages for 2-5 minutes because of the weather, was quiet romantic sitting in the dark in front of the fireplace) The house also has a generator, which can be turned on in case the outages persist. Many places to travel around to, Kolašin is great. In general, it was a dreamy winter getaway for our group of friends, everyone, including kids, was happy.
