The open concept living room and kitchen with new sofa and love seat. There are 2 master bedrooms and each has a King bed and private bathroom with shower. Secondary bedrooms consist of 2 Queen size beds and the hall bath has a full size bathtub/shower combo. ITEMS WE PROVIDE: -Initial supply of Trash bags -1 roll of paper towels -2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per stay -Dishwasher fluid & dish soap -Large shampoo/conditioner and body wash pumps to use during your stay. Please leave for next guests. -Enough laundry detergent to wash 1-3 loads. -Coffee and Sugar These are extras provided to you. If you run out or forget something, anything and everything is available at local stores close by. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING: Charcoal & Lighter (we supply the grill) Insect repellent Extra blankets (we provide linens and comforters for all beds) Groceries Additional personal items, such as: shampoo conditioner soap body wash lotion Laundry Detergent (if you plan to do more than 3 loads) PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 3PM EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Check-in is ‪at ‬3:00 pm. Check-out is ‪at 11:00 a.m.‬ Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, housekeepers are on tight schedules. Please honor the check-out time.‬‬ Early check-ins and late check-outs are only available if another guest is not checking in or out of the property on the same day. To request an early check-in or a late check-out please message me no more than 24 hours in advance, and if available we will send you the early check-in fees. PARKING: We can accommodate 2-4 vehicles in the driveway, depending on size. Please be respectful to neighbors. No parking on private property or others driveways.
